Financial Investigative Services

Our extensive background in financial crime investigations makes us uniquely qualified to review voluminous records and organize the records in a manner that is easily decipherable by our client. Such records are organized via reports, spreadsheets, flowcharts, pie charts, or various other means. We are experts in identifying relevant documents to the matter at hand, which can prove irreplaceable, especially during the discovery process. We specialize in the identification of documents relevant to fraud and/or identifying exculpatory evidence. We have a superior background in tracing assets. We are qualified to review a factual situation and provide possible courses of action for that situation.

Whether based on our record review or at our client’s request, our company has expert interviewing skills to conduct any necessary interviews, and to provide a detailed, comprehensive report of the interviews.

Litigation Support Services

Over a course of 25 years in law enforcement, we have prepared for and testified in numerous trials and legal proceedings. Our company knows the time and effort each trial takes. We are in a unique position in knowing what is necessary to support or refute an allegation or claim. Our litigation support services include testifying, summarizing evidence, assisting with trial strategy, assisting with exhibits, and negotiating loss. We are available to attend meetings involving attorneys, law enforcement officers, employers, and others in order to understand the issues and to formulate relevant questions.
